   Choose your legal authorities, review questions, document structure, and tone. Your firm's method is built into the reviewer and reused on every new matter.

   Choose a reviewer

   Select the practice area and the type of material to review. Each reviewer has its own review points, legal authorities, and report structure.

   Add the record

   Upload the relevant filings and documents and start the structured review. The tool traces information to its source, tests conclusions against the record, and flags contradictions and gaps.

4. 04

   Review and use the result

   LexActa summarizes flagged discrepancies and review points in the chosen structure. The attorney reviews the result and decides how to use it.
